La Hacienda - Serving fast foods during the day when it's known as El Lago, this second-floor, open-air spot by the pool dresses in table linens for dinner and features ŕ la carte Mexican specialties. Reservations required.
La Fontana - Designed as a rooftop piazza complete with white wrought-iron tables and chairs and globe streetlights, this evening destination draws crowds for ice cream and pizza from a wood-fired brick oven.
El Cortijo - Adjacent to La Fontana, this air-conditioned restaurant offers an international dinner menu in a setting featuring white lace over blue tablecloths and rustic wood ceilings. Fixed-price meals are not part of the All-Inclusive Plan. Reservations required.
Las Marismas - Set up indoors or outdoors, Las Marismas offers a barbecue buffet during the early afternoon.
El Tablao - During the day when this open-air spot serves as a beach bar, drinks are part of the All-Inclusive Plan. But during disco hours from 11 PM until 3 AM, drinks must be purchased separately.
Six bars offer drinks as part of the All-Inclusive Plan, with two open until midnight.
